I've had good experience with kneeling chairs in the past and found they relieve back strain from periods of sitting.I plan on using this one for my home office.We found it easy to assemble and attractive.One note is that the dark brown color is very deep and rich-- almost a brown/black (a little darker than I was expecting).I haven't been using it long, but find it sturdy so far.The wheels are great, too-- they move in all directions.The memory foam cushion is firm and supportive.Only good things to say so far.
